Description
A member of the Centrolene peristicta group with the following combination of characters: 1) vomerine teeth absent, 2) bones green in life, 3) color in life is dark green with yellow bumps, 4) snout is elliptically shaped when viewed dorsally and when viewed laterally has slope anteroventrally, 5) dorsal skin is smooth with many flat yellow tubercles (some pronounced), 6) folds and tubercles absent from ulnar and tarsal regions, 7) humeral spine is triangular, short, and at 45º angle. Adult males reach 18.9-20.7mm SVL, females not known. Head wider than body, wider than long (head width is 36.2-37.2 % SVL); nostril to anterior portion of eye is 48.8-64.3 % of eye width. Eyes not visible around border of snout when viewed ventrally. Eye width is 61.8-68.2 % head length. Supratympanic fold poorly developed. Tibial length is 58.7-59.3% SVL.

Only known from the type locality at the department of Caquetá, county of Florenci, Vereda Gabinete, 1º 4’ latitude N, 75º 4’ W of Greenwich, 2190m. It was collected at 1-2m above the floor on vegetation.
