Range Description

This species is known only from one specimen collected at 2,600m asl near Oxapampa, on the western slopes of the Cordillera Yanachaga in Oxapampa Province, Pasco Department, central Peru.

Habitat and Ecology

The only known specimen was collected under moss on the ground, in cloud forest. This species is presumed to breed by direct development.
