Description
Small bodied toad with an acuminate snout and no cranial crests. Dorsal coloration is green with bright yellow to orange spots. A thin light tan to yellow middorsal line often present. Dark bands present on the limbs. Feet are orange to light green. Ventrum is white. Throat has various grey markings. Paratoid glands are dorsoventrally elongated and covered by dark orange warts. The paratoids are bisected by a dark green lateral band.

Endemic to Hispaniola, also found at a location 2 km east of Santiago Rodriguez at an elevation of about 150 m.
