Description
A rather small Leptopelis from montane grassland and highland heather in eastern R. D. Congo and south-western Uganda with reduced webbing and a small tympanum. Dorsum often green. Vocal sac in males blue.

The voice is a buzzing followed by a slow, atonal clack, sometimes a clack alone.
