Description
A small Leptopelis (males 29-33 mm) with reduced webbing. Pattern with two dark dorsolateral stripes and a more diffuse canthal and lateral line. No pectoral glands in males. In morphology L. argenteus seems inseparable from L. concolor, but the pattern is quite different.

The habitat preference seems identical to that of L. concolor. Distributed in the savannas of coastal Tanzania from Bagamoyo to the border of Mozambique.

Life History, Abundance, Activity, and Special Behaviors
Voice a clack and scream. Identical to that of L. concolor.
