Range Description

This species is known only from the type locality in the Serrania de Perijá, Casa de Cristal, in the municipality of Manaure, César Department, Colombia. Animals were collected at 2,800m asl.

Habitat and Ecology

It was found below rocks, but there is no further information available regarding its habitat and ecological requirements. It is presumed that this is a direct developing species.


It is known only from the type series.

The threats to this species are not known, although it is likely to be impacted by forest loss due to agricultural development and logging.

It is not known if this species occurs in any protected areas.
