Description
A large Hyperolius (males 30–37 mm, females 34–37 mm) from central R. D. Congo. Snout rather long. Pupil horizontal. Gular flap very large, flat, yellow. Dorsum orange to reddish or brown, densely beset with brown spots dorsally. Ventrum and feet yellow.

Known from northern Sankuru, central R. D. Congo. I have collected a single specimen at a bushland locality (Monkoto, near Salonga N. P.).
