Description
A small (Males 29–35 mm, females 29–34 mm) Cryptothylax from central R. D. Congo. According to Laurent’s description the smaller size seems to be the only substantial difference from C. gresshoffi, with the possible exception of the green colour of the iris. Recorded as being sympatric with C. gresshoffi. The distinction between these species seems doubtful.
