Taxonomic Notes: This species long was known only from three juvenile lectotypes (described in 1925). It was rediscovered near the type locality in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, redescribed, and revalidated as a species (Berneck et al. Zootaxa 2013 3694: 131-142). |
