Range Description

This species is known only from a non-specific type locality in Borneo: Boven, on the Mahakam River in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Habitat and Ecology

It is presumed to occur in tropical moist forest, where the adults are likely to be subterranean, and it is also presumably oviparous with terrestrial eggs and aquatic larvae.


There is no information on its population status, and it is known only from the type series.
