Range Description

This species is known only from the non-specific type locality of "eastern Peru" (Taylor 1968).

Habitat and Ecology

It is presumably associated with forests. The eggs are presumably laid on land, with the hatching larvae falling into streams to complete their development.


It is known only from the holotype.
