Confined to central Northern Territory and just over the Queensland border

The extent of occurrence of the species is approximately 557400 km2.

Life History, Abundance, Activity, and Special Behaviors
Open grassland in the arid zone.

Unknown breeding cycle and tadpoles. Presumed to respond to rainfall like other species of Cyclorana.
