Range Description
This species is known from the eastern part of Liaoning Province in China, and the central mountains in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea, from 200-700m asl. It probably occurs more widely than current records suggest, especially in areas between known sites.
Habitat and Ecology
It inhabits riparian habitats in forested areas, and breeds in streams and rivers where the larvae also develop.

In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea this species is rare.
